Oslo, 11 April 2019 — Infront ASA hosted a presentation and webcast on Friday 12 April at 10.00 local time to provide a brief orientation about the agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in vwd Group GmbH to create the leading European financial market solutions provider.

The presentation is in English and was hosted by CEO Kristian Nesbak and CFO Max Hofer and was held at Felix Conference Center, Oslo. The presentation is open to investors, analysts, the press and other interested parties.
