Change to publication of broker IDs with MiFID II

Oslo Børs will stop publishing member codes for equity trades as 25 November. The level and frequency of public post-trade statistics will be weekly for the total market, and per instrument on a monthly basis. Members may receive their own market shares per instrument more frequently on a subscription basis.
