Job description

Delight Infront clients with superb training and client service

We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic team member to join Infront’s Client Relationship Management team in Helsinki. In a varied and exciting role, you will apply your knowledge of financial markets, technical skills and customer service skills to support users of the Infront market data and trading terminal, provide training, and assist the sales team during presales. As you gain hands-on experience with our products, you will have opportunities to work with other functions to contribute in product development, sales and other cross-functional projects.


  • Conduct client training for banks, brokerages and direct Infront end-user clients
  • Act as a proactive Client Manager to assigned clients
  • Promote Infront solutions to existing clients
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Test newly developed Infront product features
  • Assist Infront Sales before, during and after signed agreement with clients
  • Provide constructive feedback to help develop Infront solutions
  • Contribute to a friendly, social atmosphere in the workplace

Working hours

Standard working hours are 08:00-16:00.

Some work outside normal hours may be necessary for traveling to customers, attending seminars, holding presentations, etc. 

Our ideal candidate

  • 3 years of higher education (preferably within finance or IT)
  • Good general computer skills
  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure when required
  • Excellent English and Finnish written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm and professional demeanour
  • Ability to empathize with a customer and act accordingly
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning new things


  • Functional, technical and interpersonal skills, and the desire to use them
  • Comfortable to be working independently or as part of a team to achieve results
  • Enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn
